My customer experienced breakouts with the tallow balm, and she wants a return. I would like to refer another product to see if she will want to try it, but want to know how others handled returns for products already opened.

The tallow with gold spoon is a really nice touch! Raises the perceived value of the product! My only suggestion @Brian Toz is with packaging. When i got my sample, the tallow was wrapped in an inner package to protect the glass, but the spoon was floating around the outer envelope and is easily missed. I sold a bunch of tallow last week and i like to follow up with my base and ask their opinion. 2/3 of the customers had no idea there was a spoon included and threw away the outer envelope with the spoon in it. The packaging for the 4 flagship products with the branded box is beautiful. The packaging for the tallow is kinda more like an ebay shipment. I think we need to adhere the spoon to the jar or at least include in the same envelope as the tallow.

Just finished it this weekend and it's live! Now to work on editing the PDP pages to match with everything else I have going on my site. Did a bit of a refresh of my homepage.

Launched my brand today at 9AM EST, We sold 115 units by 11AM. This did not even include the tallow. Making some tweaks to the tallow label, then that's next to debut. Start thinking about your Mother's Day sales and get selling!
