Post-Delivery Order Issues
I've resorted to posting on here to see if I can get results since I am not getting answers anywhere else with BB. Six creators have placed orders, with the first dating back to March 17. While my Shopify store confirms these orders are paid, my dashboard still shows them as "Awaiting payment." I previously reported this and was assured it would be fixed, yet it is now March 31 and no progress has been made. This delay is now impacting my business operations. I have received no updates from the team, and the creators are now threatening to withhold the work I have already paid them for due to these fulfillment delays. Please provide an immediate update on the status of this fix so I can fulfill these orders and maintain my professional commitments.
