Grace in the Low Seasons
@Karen Moise , this is so powerful. 💛 What you shared about choosing grace instead of self-criticism, that’s real transformation. In seasons like this, it’s easy to turn inward in a harsh way. The fact that you’ve met yourself with presence instead says so much about the work you’ve been doing. Meditating every day, even in a low-energy season, is not small. That’s steadiness. That’s anchoring yourself when things feel uncertain. And what you said about the lowness giving you strength, it actually makes sense. When you stop resisting where you are and allow it, you conserve energy. Grace becomes fuel. “This too shall pass” becomes something you live, not just something you say. Thank you for sharing that with all of us. 🌿 If you missed today’s meditation, you can watch it here. Also, a reminder for everyone: This Friday we’re hosting a Drop-In session. It’ll be an open space to connect, get to know each other more, talk about the practice of meditation, and explore the areas where you may need more support right now. We’ll reflect together and deepen how this work shows up in real life. The session is open to all. Please check the Skool calendar for the Zoom details. Looking forward to seeing you there. 💛

A Moment to Recenter
@Andrea Leslie shared something beautiful in today’s space. Her intention this month and this year is to be more intentional and present with her time and the people around her. She noticed how easily life gets busy, how quickly we slip into autopilot and how often that pulls us away from truly showing up. What stood out most was her awareness. Catching herself. Gently reminding herself to put the phone away. To sit. To be. To really be with her family. That’s not small. That’s soul care in real life. As you move through your days, where are you acting with intention and where might you be on autopilot? Today’s meditation was an invitation to pause, reconnect with your breath, and gently notice where the noise, tension, or emotions may have pulled you off your path — and where you’ve found your way back. Sometimes the path is clear. Sometimes it’s heavy. Sometimes we don’t make it to the top. All of it belongs. Hi everyone, 1. Jackie Watson- Stowe, Vermont 2. Less rush, less worry, less stress, more meditation is what I need 3. Right now, I’m learning how to…take one step at a time and hand over my worries to god. 4. A little bit of everywhere. 5. What is the greatest value meditation has given you? It helps keep me grounded. It's what I turn to when I am stressed; the breathing techniques help tremendously, and I try to do it every day.
