I forgot to check in yesterday with my personal day Workout x2 No food Lots of coffee and salt did a 40 min hit sauna and ice plunge last night before 💤 Today workout x2 -core this morning and a short back session at home this afternoon. Ice plunge at 4:45am - another ice plunge at 1:00pm - will honestly probably do a third before bed. (Not a recommendation) and another short workout. Probably shoulders. Time was limited today so squeezing in when I can. Broke my fast at 5:30pm with beef short rib, bone broth and 1/4 cup cilantro like rice. Approx 800 calories. - feel very very full
