What's Going On?
A quick heads up about what's happening here. This free community is a home for some free resources and materials, and it's yours to use whenever you want them. But we're not active in here day to day. All our focus, and all the action, is over in AI Lab Pro, our paid community. New courses, new builds, new drops and all the support. So rather than let you wonder where everything's happening, I'd rather just show you what's over there and let you decide for yourself. What's actually inside AI Lab Pro: It's not a few videos. It's a full path from complete beginner to running automated, AI-powered content systems. A quick taste: - AI image and video - create scroll-stopping content from scratch, even if you've never generated anything before. This is the foundation. - AI influencers and UGC - build a consistent AI persona, then turn it into content and ads that convert. - Automation and scaling - run channels on autopilot. Posting, reels and engagement all handled for you. - AI agents with Claude Code - the deep end, and honestly the most exciting bit. You don't need to code. We start from zero and build full autonomous agent systems that create and run content for you. Plus the extras: niche content packs, a music library, artistic styles, adopt-an-influencer and more. And a fair bit more coming down the line (some big changes coming). How to check it out: There's a 7-day free trial. Get in, look around, watch a few lessons, build something. If it's not for you, no harm done. If it clicks, it's $9 a month after that. Check it out 👉 here 👈 One more thing. If you've just joined, welcome. Have a dig through the free resources in here, and when you're ready for the real thing, the paid side is where I'd point you. Come see what we've built. Any questions, drop them below or reach out to me or @Mark Mars directly.
👋 Welcome - Introduce yourself
Welcome to the AI Lab - you're in the free community. If you want to go further, the paid community is where everything else lives - 7-day free trial, $9 a month after that, cancel anytime. Drop a comment below with: 1. Your name and where you're based 2. One thing you're hoping to learn or figure out in here Don't overthink it. Two lines is plenty. We read every intro. Looking forward to meeting you. Mark & Jack

I just made a Porsche 911 Video without leaving Claude...
Check out this video added to the YouTube Resource Library! I've been testing the new Higgsfield MCP server - and honestly, it's pretty cool. Here's what happened: I typed one simple prompt into Claude. It wrote a cinematic prompt for me, generated a 2K image using GPT Image 2, then I clicked animate and it handed it straight to Seedance 2.0 to turn it into a video. All inside Claude. All drawing down on my existing Higgsfield credits. The bit I found most interesting? Claude is essentially acting as your prompt engineer. You don't need to know how to write a great prompt - Claude does it for you. Now imagine pairing that with your brand bible, your content voice, and a few solid skills. You'd be producing premium-looking content at a pace that most creators genuinely can't compete with. Is it groundbreaking? Not quite. But is it a useful addition to the workflow? Absolutely. Worth watching if you're already on a Higgsfield plan or curious about where AI content creation is heading. Jack
🦹‍♂️ We're running a 7-day Faceless AI Avatar Challenge! 🙋‍♂️
Given the interest we've been receiving in Faceless Channels, we're thinking of kicking off something inside AI Lab: The 7-Day AI Avatar Faceless Channel Challenge. You'll build a custom AI character — your channel's face — and publish your first short-form video featuring them. To Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. All in 7 days. Here's the plan: Day 1 — Niche pick + character bible Day 2 — Generate your avatar in GPT Image 2 Day 3 — Voice match + topics validated Day 4 — Script + voiceover (30-60 sec) Day 5 — Avatar footage + lipsync Day 6 — Edit (9:16, B-Roll and captions) Day 7 — Post to Reels + Shorts + TikTok Jack and I will build a brand new avatar live, alongside all of you who come along for the ride. You'll watch us make every decision, helping inform your own. Daily Q&A, accountability, and support. To give you a feel for what Day 1 looks like, I've put together a picker — 37 niches × 3 character archetypes (Scholar, Mentor, Curious Explorer) = 111 starting points. Have a play, find a avatar that fires you up: https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/d9336e6b-f855-4c02-ae32-3409ae291e73 Drop your top avatar in the comments 👇 — I want to see what people are gravitating toward before we lock this in. We're signing up people in our Pro community. Go here to check it out for free on a 7-Day FREE Trial: https://www.skool.com/ailabpro/about

@Paul Williams It's definitely a good idea to think about what use case you want to go for before generating your avatar so the aesthetic is aligned! Identifying your niche, and researching the kind of content you want to produce are early parts of the 7 day challenge!!
What does "faceless channel" actually mean to you?
We've had a lot of questions and interest in "Faceless Channel" lately. But, every time it comes up in, people mean something slightly different. Some are picturing long-form YouTube with AI voiceover. Some are thinking short-form TikTok and Reels. Some want a full AI influencer account with a persona and feed. Others are into cinematic story channels, historical/fact-based content, educational explainers, or automated news-style clips. They're all "faceless." But the systems behind each one look completely different. Different tools. Different workflows. Different monetisation paths. Before Jack and I lock in the next batch of trainings and tools, I want to hear from you directly: 1. What does "faceless channel" actually mean in YOUR head? 2. Which type are you most excited to build right now? 3. What's the single biggest thing stopping you from starting or scaling it? Drop your answer in the comments. One line is fine, a paragraph is better. If there's a clear pattern in what you want, that's exactly what we'll build next. The fastest way to get the training, templates and automations you actually need is to tell us. Let's go 👇

@Paul Williams how are you getting on with heygen? Which bits are you finding aren't quite right yet?

@Paul Williams So it depends on your specific use case! Worth being clear on the differences between the services/platofrms you have mentioned! - HeyGen is specifically for getting a talking head video according to a script with lipsync. Generally it's regarded as the best in class for this use case - but it's very expensive compared to other options. - Higgsfield is a platform that provides access to a range of image, video and audio models all under one roof. There are many options to create talking head style videos in Higgsfield! - Seedream is an image model - Seedance is the equivalent video generation model. It is fantastic at generating video with audio and lipsync all in one shot. You have less control on the actual voice used in the video though and it is a pricey way to generate talking head style videos. HeyGen is possibly the best option for a consistent AI avatar - but it's pricey. There are lots of alternative and cheaper strategies using a platform like Higgsfield and the models they offer.
