Today marks the end of the 28-Day Reset Challenge — and what a ride it has been. 28 days ago, 10 of you made a decision to show up, do the work, and reset. And you did exactly that. 🏆 TOP 3 WEIGHT LOSS 🥇 @Cal Job — 10.2kg down Ten. Point. Two. Kilograms. Daily rides, gym, golf, sauna — all while working 12-hour shifts. Absolute machine. This is what all-in looks like. 🥈 @Peter Holmes — 6.1kg down 28 days. Not one day without movement. Perfect compliance, start to finish. Quiet consistency at its finest. 🥉@Jacinta Mckinnon — 4.9kg down Nearly 5kg gone and she made it look smooth. Steady, strong, never wavered. ⭐ SPECIAL MENTIONS @Joseph McKinnon — 100% compliance, every metric, every single day. The gold standard. 🏅 @Kevin Watt — Workouts every day, 30 to 80 minutes, zero excuses. Pure discipline. 💪 @Jimmy Smith — 200 push-up sessions, golf, fasting experiments. Woohoo awesome results from everyone!! if I had of lost another 100g I would have reached 20kg lost since November last year! Never fear, I’m not stopping with this new way of living! Can’t wait to reach the next level! A big thank you to @Joseph McKinnon for always cheering me on. To @Mick Ostini for running these challenges, they truly are life changing and to @Kit Concepcion for keeping us all motivated and for all the GIF’s :)
