Saddle tilt
After my latest adjustment, the feeling on the saddle is much more stable and controlled. For the first time, I feel like my pelvis is properly “locked in” without sliding forward or putting excessive pressure on my hands. What stands out the most is that I’m now supported more on the front part of the pelvis. There’s a noticeable contact and support at the front, but it doesn’t feel uncomfortable or aggressive—more like a stable anchor point that helps me hold position, especially in a more aero posture. At the same time, I’m not experiencing any unwanted movement on the saddle, even when pushing harder or during descents. The pressure distribution feels more balanced overall. My saddle is currently set almost level, with a very slight nose-down tilt of less than 1 degree, which seems to contribute to this stable yet supportive feeling. The only thing I’m still monitoring is potential chafing in the soft tissue area, since that can take time to appear and is always tricky to manage. That will be your toughs? Do I’ll benefit from little more tilt or not?
