THE 90-DAY EVENT IS OFFICIALLY LIVE.
Last night we set the tone and the rules. Now it’s time to execute! Recap: Over the next 90 days, we’re going all in on this community — with bigger standards, real support, and serious incentives for the members who show up and do the work. Here’s what’s happening: - Here’s What’s Happening - The challenge runs for 60 days — starting now - This is an identity challenge, not a motivation challenge Daily non-negotiables are mandatory: - Read 10 pages (book or Bible) - 1 hour of physical training (1 rest day per week) - Follow a clean, documented diet (6 days per week) Mandatory community check-ins: - Every Monday & Thursday Must include: - Day count (ex: “Day 12 of 60”) - Biggest lesson learned - Proof of work (photo encouraged) Miss a non-negotiable or a check-in? - You restart the challenge - No arguing. No exceptions. 🎟️ How prizes work: - Finish all 60 days → 1 raffle entry for every completed day - Finish all 60 days with every Monday & Thursday post → 10 additional raffle entries 🏆 Grand prizes (2 winners): - 🥇 $1,500 cash + 1-on-1 coaching + VIP Arizona experience (flight included) - 🥈 $500 cash + VIP Arizona experience (flight included) Bonus rewards: - Surprise giveaways for members who consistently show up and execute - Effort gets noticed. Discipline gets rewarded. To participate, you must: - Commit publicly - Accept and follow the rules as written Bottom line: - This isn’t about money - This is about becoming someone who executes without motivation - This isn’t about being perfect - It's about being consistent! If you’re active, engaged, and taking action, you’ll be rewarded — simple as that. The next 90 days start now! Check the pinned posts for how to participate and earn entries. If you’re ready to lock in, this is your moment. FIRST CHECK IN IS ON THE CALENDAR! Thursday at 6 P.M. (MST) Let’s get to work!

Hard Truth:
If your business only makes money when YOU are on the tools, you don't own a business. You own a job. Most tradesmen cap themselves because they refuse to build systems, improve training, raise prices, or let go of control. Be honest, what are you still doing in your business daily that you should've replaced or fixed months ago?

Put systems in place
Happy Friday!!
DO NOT SLOW DOWN 99% of Americans tend to get soft on a Friday, they want to clock out early they want to let their foot off the gas. GO HARDER be the 1%. Only 1% of people are out there really getting after it. What are you going to do to get after it today? I WANT SOME JUICY COMMENTS. SOME REAL ACTION ITEMS. None of that Bullshit like 'I'm going to push harder' NO I want to see things like 'I'm going to work 1 extra hour than I normally would another weekday'. Let me see those action items!

First things first , gratitude prayer , then hit the gym , then set finish on a house . After that walk the neighborhood and leave a few door hangers
If You're Not Marking Up Materials 100%, You're Already Dead
Real talk:I charge $200 for a $100 part. Every. Single. Time. “But Ben, that’s ripping people off!” No. You know what’s really ripping people off? Going out of business in 18 months and leaving them with no warranty support. Here’s the math these broke plumbers don’t get That $100 part actually costs: • $10 — gas to go get it • $20 — truck payment & insurance • $50 — your time to source it • $10 — warehouse space • $5 — software to track it • $3 — credit card fees You’re at $198 before you even make a dime. But you charge $120 because you’re scared? Congrats, you just PAID the customer $78 to work for them. I built a $100M business with one rule: Nothing leaves my warehouse for less than 100% markup. Nothing. The customers who complain about your prices? Let your competitors have them. They’ll be out of business in two years and those same customers will be calling you. Price like you plan to be here in 20 years. Because if you don’t, you won’t be.
