Feel Them Pulling Away? - AVOID THIS MISTAKE!
If they don’t call, don’t answer, don’t choose you, decide to go away… what should you do? The hard way is believing their absence means something is wrong with you. That you must lean in, prove your worth, make them see it. That if you fix them, they’ll realize no one else will do what you do—and then, you’ll be indispensable. That’s chasing validation at the cost of yourself. 💙✨

Fact! My 2cent is to know that It's so important to remember that your worth isn't determined by someone else's actions or choices. Comparing yourself to your past self and focusing on your own growth is where true empowerment lies.
Vibrational Detox
I have been sober for almost 6 years now. Aaron said something that truly resonated with me, “we attract lower vibrates, even in our sleep, while doing a substance.” I did not realize that, but looking back on the horrific dreams that I experienced during that time blows me away. Awareness is truly the first step of this journey.💡

That's such a powerful realization, I. Awareness really is key in this journey of healing and growth. It's amazing how our experiences can shape even our dreams. Keep shining that light of awareness on your path.
Scribbling with my inner child
I have been doing some deep work on connecting and supporting my inner child, After work yesterday, I did some scribbling meditation. I set my intention to release fear that I had seen on the face of my inner child during my previous meditation. As I was scribbling on the paper with my right hand, it became tired. I switched to my left hand and I experienced flashbacks to scribbling as a child. ✨Deja Vu ✨ My scribbling became more clumsy, less co-ordinated and I broke the crayon. My grasp an immature child hand while the other hand awkwardly helped keep the page still. My inner child had a safe and supported outlet to express that fear out onto the page. Afterwards I took the paper with my child to burn it. I could feel her joy and wonder watching the fear disappear and transform into first flames and then embers and ash. It was a powerful healing experience. This experience was shared with friends. Before going to sleep I listened to the Live Call on the Inner Child. It was powerful and really supported the integration of the experience from earlier in the day. During the meditation, my inner child just wanted to be soothed to sleep. I am so grateful for the call. Thank you @Aaron Doughty It was a profound and deeply moving experience for me. 🙏🙏🙏

That sounds like such a profound and healing experience. It's amazing how you were able to connect with your inner child and release those fears through the scribbling meditation. Burning the paper must have been incredibly cathartic. Thank you for sharing this journey! 🙏
My outdoor sacred space
One of my favorite things to do after a fresh snowfall is to take a little walk in the morning observing all the fresh animal tracks. This morning was able to see coyote, rabbit, field mice and some beaver tracks that came out of the river onto the bank, where I sat an had a powerful breathwork session. So grateful.

It’s awesome that you had a powerful breathwork session out there too. It must’ve felt so peaceful surrounded by all those fresh tracks. Do you often do breathwork in nature?
Day 2 takeaways
Well, I am more aware now of my addiction to scraps! My graceful goodbye is with neglect. It shows up in almost all areas of my life. The last couple of days I have been observing memories and experiences that I have been looking at, and WOW that breathwork brought stuff up. I have been living my mom's relationships with men and the program "I have to work a 9-5 traditional job." Thank you thank you THANK YOU for the lessons!
