Hi guys! My name is iulia, I’m from Montreal, Canada and am currently finishing an online course on Herbal Medicine. I’ve always loved helping others and what passionates me the most is how our body communicates with our mind, vice versa, and the power of holistic medicine. I’ve always loved nutrition as well; coming from a family where my mother introduced me to naturopathy, homeopathy, yoga, meditation and nutrition at a very young age :) I am coming from the fashion world, which is always going to be one of my passions. But this year I want to do kind of a career shift and focus on my own business and personal growth. My business is going to be centered on herbal medicine, coaching (especially for people navigating young adult life), and I also want to help people with self-confidence, as well as helping them realize they have everything they need within themselves! One thing I love to do is going on a hot yoga class alone, and making that day amazing and productive doing things I love! Happy to be here and can’t wait to learn and share with you all! ✨
