Week Setup - Successful Coaches
The SECRET to setup your weeks for SUCCESS 🔆 1. First is your weekly goal ✅ • write out the top 3 (no more) things you must achieve this week! Example: 2 New Clients, Create New Client Worksheets, Host Workshop On Friday! 2. Second is set your boundaries ✳️ • figure out the hours you can put into your work and where they’ll fit in your schedule. This could range from 10-40 hours a week! 3. Third is to create the ACTIONABLE daily steps 💹 • understand exactly what daily action will create the end result (ie weekly goal) 4. Fourth is daily CREATE energy to be productive ❇️ • make sure you have good morning routines, eating habits, movement etc! So who’s going to give this a shot???
