honestly for me besides d line technique, the academy taught me a lot of things in life, one of them being proper execution for things and really whatever goal you have in life you should never take half measures and/or just blind effort but that if you’re gonna do it you better do it neatly

@Nicholas Dheilly @Nicholas Dheilly thanks coach but why double swipe and not bull rush? i had the impression that the o lineman was playing passive as the d lineman was too far away from the o lineman to make a move and also with his hands not being shot aggressively, is it just that in reality the o lineman is not playing passive and im just having a misunderstanding on what passive guards look like?
