No - I don’t have a physical medal.
Today, I won again. And no— there was no medal. The first minutes in the water were heavy. My breathing felt rushed. My body felt uncertain. My mind was full of doubt. It almost felt like I had been away from the pool for a year. And that’s where most people quit. But I stayed. I kept going. I trusted the process. Meter by meter— something started to shift. Resistance became flow. My breathing found rhythm. My body stopped fighting and started cooperating. The water no longer felt like an enemy. It started to feel like home. And I can feel the progress now. I handle sprint sets without fins better than I used to with fins. My body position is stronger. My body understands more. Every session is building something bigger than conditioning. It’s building an athlete. But the biggest win today— wasn’t time. Wasn’t distance. It was this: I went from panic to control. From doubt to victory. From stress to presence. That’s how champions are built. Not through perfect days— but through days that start badly and end in progress. After the session, I celebrated like always. Victory playlist on full volume. Goosebumps through my whole body. Because I’m not only training for LA 2028. I’m winning my own Olympics already. Every day. Every session. Every time I refuse to quit. Block 1. Vietnam. 🌊

Yesterday I had a competition I swam 200 free and 50 breast 50:39.26 (pb2s)it was ok but I couldn’t swim very fast because my muscles hurt from yesterday’s practice 200:2.36(pb0,2s)oh no i am not happy with this performance because of a stupid reason so I tried this cream that shuld warm you up because my friend said that it helps but i jus ended up felling like my arms and legs are on fire. I could not think of anything else so everything was just wrong 😑 the underwaters the catch the performance in general 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Well it wasn’t a good competition but we learn from our mistakes
