Are Isaac and Rebekah part of the Nazarite vow?
Something was revealed to me after watching two videos. I will share the videos in another post. “‘Now this is the law of the Nazirite: When the days of his separation are fulfilled, he shall be brought to the door of the tabernacle of meeting. And he shall present his offering to the Lord: one male lamb in its first year without blemish as a burnt offering, one ewe lamb in its first year without blemish as a sin offering, one ram without blemish as a peace offering,” ‭‭Numbers‬ ‭6‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ The obvious connection is Isaac being offered has a burnt offering: “Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.”” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭22‬:‭2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ After Abraham passed the test Yahuah offered a Ram. Rebekah was willing to take the curse for Jacob deceiving his father: “But his mother said to him, “Let your curse be on me, my son; only obey my voice, and go, get them for me.”” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭27‬:‭13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Romans 12 says: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Checking In
Hello Community... One of my goals for this community is that is be kind of familial or like family, accessible, comfortable, meaningful... enriching. I know maybe others are not looking for the same, so I'm contemplating how to make this a meaningful resource and or experience for anyone looking for deeper understanding of The Scriptures, Hebrew, and ultimately drawing in more closely to The All-Mighty and One another. Would everyone take a moment just to say hello, let me know you have seen this, share what you are looking for and how perhaps I may be able to be a better facilitator? Many thanks! Love & Respect, All-Ways! 💙🔥❤️ עבד-יהוה נזיר-מאש

Shalom Brother, my hope has been to find a group that is in the scripture and also studying the Hebrew. I also want to work on not forming my own opinions about the scripture and try to grow in my understanding.

@Mashariel Eshi this seems like it could be a great platform for a group Torah study.
Names have significance
The three patriarchs had name changes. Abram and Jacob’s names were changed in an obvious declaration by Yahuah, but Isaac’s name change was not obvious to me until I started studying Hebrew. H3327 יצחק is used in the English Interlinear Bible up until Psalm 105 and it changes to H3446 ישחק. What I found interesting is that there is no declaration of this change, but not only does Isaac’s name change. The spelling for laugh or laughter also changes. The interesting thing is that Psalm 2 is the first time H7832 שחק, but it is he shall laugh so in the text it is spelled ישחק. Why did I find this interesting and also amazing?, because there is a declaration in Psalm 2 about a son. Psalm 2:7 “I will declare the decree: Yahuah has said to me, “you are my son, Today I have begotten you.”
