For those using AI writing tools
Claude vs ChatGPT for long-form client work. Claude handles long documents better and follows complex instructions more reliably. ChatGPT is faster for quick drafts and brainstorming. i use both in the same workflow depending on the task
if you're not using Zapier to auto-send a weekly summary email to clients
Then you're leaving so much trust on the table. took me 2 hours to set up once, now it runs every Friday automatically. clients think I'm incredibly organized ๐Ÿ˜‚

Haha love thisโ€”simple automation like that really makes you look next-level professional.
ChatGPT vs Claude for writing client SOPs
I've been testing both and honestly Claude feels more structured but ChatGPT is faster for brainstorming. curious what workflow you use

Yes Claude for structure, ChatGPT for speed
Just got my first piece of negative feedback from a client and don't know how to process it.
She said my emails sound too formal and not like her at all I genuinely thought I was doing the right thing by being professional ๐Ÿ˜ž I've been trying so hard to do good work and this kind of knocked me. I don't even fully know how to fix it because I don't really know how to "write like someone else" yet. do you just read a lot of their old emails and try to copy the style? is there a tool that helps with this? or is it just something that takes time and practice? would really appreciate any advice because I want to fix it before she loses confidence in me completely

Totally normal learning curveโ€”studying their past emails and mirroring their tone over time really does get easier, youโ€™ve got this
Anyone compared Zapier vs Make for VA workflows?
I know Make is cheaper but the learning curve feels steeper. is it worth switching if you're already comfortable with Zapier?
