People are counting on you
Even on busy days outside of your scheduled business, YOU are who people should be calling When your phone rings, Each call is 💰 Stop with the Ai assistants Pick up your phone and get the appt scheduled. Work life balance is super important Answering the phone to say, “I’m out with my kids, can I call you in 20 min” Is worth it’s weight in gold How important do you think that client feels? They see your value They see your dedication They see THEIR value as well Be someone people can count on.

This is spot on, people remember how you make them feel. Even a quick “I’ll call you back in 20” builds more trust than silence. The mistake most businesses make is going cold when they’re busy. You don’t have to be available 24/7, just consistent and human in your response, that’s what actually makes clients stick. @Dallin Johnson I sent you a message, did you get it?

@Dallin Johnson thank you.
Why are you offering minimum?
Scope of work on a contract is everything. What’s your standard offering vs. your premium offering? I started my multiple millions in business each year with the approach I’m about to tell you. I start with my premium as my MINIMUM. I let my clients know how much different my offering is. And guess what? It costs me nothing more to add. Build the proposal the right way Build it the way you’d install it on your own home Your mothers home Your wife’s home if you were no longer here Offer premium, install premium, expect premium results.

What do you use more?
Do you lean on the product you’re selling? Or Do you lean on your first hand experience?

Motivation vs. Discipline
On days you’re not feeling motivated HOW are you staying disciplined?

I just think about my goals and the urge to achieve them keeps me going

My number one goal is to reach out to community owners and help them build their community structure and engagement. That's basically what I do everyday. The second is building a steady income stream that brings in both active and passive income. The third is living a life where I have freedom, not under any restraint and doing what I want at the time I want to do it. @Dallin Johnson I sent you a message, kindly check it out.
This community is for the Roofing Rep who:
✅ Is tired of leaving money on the table after every appointment ✅ Wants a repeatable system — not just hustle ✅ Is ready to stop winging it and start winning ✅ Knows they're built for more and just needs the right tools ✅ Wants to be around other reps who are SERIOUS about leveling up High ground - the journey from the ground level. You were designed to bring more to the table.
