This is something I learned early on in my career. Ravi, in his Radself Reset, reminded me of this with his mantra, "if it's not a yes, then it's a no." Think about it! Change is difficult. Nobody likes change, but "Change is Constant." As you go through your journey to your new self with new habits, it won't be easy. Just know you are not alone. I am here to answer any questions.
