I have a two part question: 1. If someone’s NAICS code is tied to real estate, can I still move forward with funding even though it’s considered high-risk? 2. The client has had their LLC for 4 years and doesn’t want to lose that history — are there specific lenders that work best with this type of business, or should we look at alternative options?

Sometimes it may work to claim that the "account is not mine" but not always. Since that is the case, it is time to remove charge-off accounts with CFPB complaints. Visit CFPB and follow each step, feel free to personalize and modify the language to your complaint. 🚨GET THESE ACCOUNTS REMOVED 🚨 1. Go to http://consumerfinance.gov and start a complaint! 2. Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports (background checks, employment, or tenant screening) 3. Credit reporting. 4. Improper use of your report (shared without consent, credit inquiries from unknown sources) 5. Reporting company used your report improperly (obtained or used for purposes that aren't allowed by law) 6. Have you already tried to fix this problem with the company? YES 7. Did you request information from the company? YES 8. Did the company provide this information? NO ‼️60 % Success Rate
