A mom with two kids in the truck, killed a 68-year old man and a 6-year old at the field complex where the flag fb state champs were happening two days ago. She was in the truck when it happened. Some opine that she was upset that her kid didn't get enough playing time and others opined there was a mechanical failure with the truck. I went to a film festival instead of going to watch the state champs so I wasn't there. Being on the sidelines of a game can be dangerous... in any state.

@Gavin Bethell I was speechless when I heard the news partly because the parking lot is far from the field in most venues!

Media Credentials
A handful of people have asked about this, I’ll definitely be doing a video on it next week 😊 plus if anyone is ever in Delaware I can get you into a Bluecoats game, they’re the G league team of the Philadelphia 76ers Also I’m waiting to see if our Highschool sports governing body gives me 2 credentials again if they do you can also attend a play off / championship game with me, fingers crossed I get two.

Most of the high school AD's in Wichita allow photographers to shoot their games. Just call or email them. But I'd love to see the media pass / id y'all wear so I can make one that I like to show upon entry to a HS game. Can y'all share the ID / pass you use, if applicable?

Faves from yesterday
Here’s some of my favorites from yesterdays game with a Canon R3 and RF 400mm f2.8

I didn't Google the score of this game but that first photo shows that the player heading the ball wanted it more. I like including players in the foreground.

Post Your Favorite Basketball Dunk Photo
Include the equipment and settings if you remember. This was with a Nikon Z6lll and a Viltrox 85mm f1.4. Settings were SS 1000, f1.4, ISO 6400
