Whats been going on so far, what will be going on till end of this year?

I had to write a text here but basically my question is in the title already... So how do you create inside jokes in a alredy running community, that does not have them or even in a complitely new one?

Mighty, Circle, Tribe, Some vault thing, Kajabi, Teachable, Skillshare 10s of thousands invested All failed. But even before coming to Skool I had learned so much from those losses. I risked it all every time. And eventually it finally stuck. And two years later, here we are. What a journey it’s been so far. And you won’t believe the things That are coming up next… In short- If you want entrepreneurship to work for you Youll have to gamble all in on figuring it out As you go. Adventure = usually not safety So you better grab some friends. and one day out of the blue. You’ll be a years long- Overnight success. Piggybacking on @Gunta Skrastiņa 's post, I was wondering...what comes with mayorness? Other than the responsibility to lead the IRL community of my location? I also think I heard that mayors can only be appointed during live events. Does anyone know how this works exatly?
