Something I’ve been thinking about lately: a lot of us consume content, join communities, and stay busy, but only a smaller group actually changes behavior. What I’m experimenting with right now is shifting from “I learned something” to “I applied one small thing today.” Even tiny actions seem to compound faster than more information. Curious, what’s one small action you’ve taken recently that actually moved the needle?

I'm going to try to do build up to 100 Burpees a day by the end of the month. Someone in my community challenged me to provide proof on video, so I filmed yesterday's session, where I could barely do 50. It ain't pretty, but if I looked good doing these, I wouldn't have to do them.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Clarity comes from action, not waiting. Start messy, stay consistent, and watch momentum build. Your future self will thank you.

Goose says "Your Theme should have NOTHING to do with what you are teaching." I went with candy themes in my communty... Candy Store Add Some Sprinkles World of Wonder Marshmallow Fluff ...stuff like that. Because my group is all about helping people to quit stressing about money and to start enjoying the sweet life instead. But I think breaking the rules was okay. And if not... well, I don't mind being a rebel sometimes.

Today when I sat down to work I was faced with tons of tabs open in my notepad editor (72 in one of them... I know because I counted!) And I realized something... Some days the goal is momentum. Other days the goal is not creating more mess for Future Me. Both are strategic. And I'm wishing I would've come up with this before I opened up 72 notepads that I now have to sort through!
