An International Transfer Student is someone who has already started their undergraduate studies at a college or university (either in their home country or elsewhere) and wants to transfer to a U.S. college or university to continue and complete their bachelor's degree. This is different from a first-year (freshman) applicant who is applying after high school. As a transfer student, you're bringing college credits with you, and schools will evaluate both your high school AND college academic record. Important: If you've completed any college or university coursework (such as HND) after your high school, most U.S. universities will require you to apply as a transfer student, not a freshman. After applying, you’ll need to submit the CSS Profile at https://cssprofile.collegeboard.org before the deadline and make sure all your documents are submitted.
