This weekend was super emotional because my daughter graduated Pre-K and we’re planning our summer vacation to Vegas this week! Moral of the story (status post crash out) is to give yourself grace - even when nobody else does. The fact that your trying to stay ahead financially, the fact that you still show up to work while working on your business, it takes guts ! It took me a lot of guts to get to where I am - despite being a single mom, young mom, teen mom, sometimes I just want to pull all my hair out. I’m only 30 years old and realized early on that working until disability strikes or around or on my deathbed was not the move. Inflation is getting worse (does it ever get better?), political unrest at bay, it’s just a lot for everyone on earth 😹 Give yourself grace this week 🫶🏾

I saw a tik tok today saying to post 25 times a day in order to go viral. And in the comments someone wrote “oh so Tik Tok wants your SOUL basically” Exactly. I burned out trying to post 3 times a day. Posting 25 times a day for someone who works or has children or other commitments is just unrealistic. I mean it’s possible but is it worth it? All that for views? Even if you do go viral that’s legit 5 seconds of fame. If you don’t already have a store , link in bio page or digital product (course, community or ebook) then going viral will literally do nothing other than increase your follower count. & if those followers don’t align with your niche that’s $0 for all that work. You need an insane follower amount (1000+) to really make money on social media.
