I transformed in less than a year
last year at this time i was above 30%bf and chopped 😭 and then in February of this year i started to lock in and lose weight. in like 3 months i was down 20lbs and started getting a jawline. So everyone trying just be consistent and it will happen. Now im trying to maximize my looks because i need the huzz πŸ˜­πŸ™. Any tips??
