Update:
Today was my first day. I feel pretty good, I was a bit de-motivated at the beginning of the day but I lowk locked in after that. I still need to read bible before I go to bed tho. Ive had a lotta water, I went to basketball prac to I deffinitelly did more than 10k steps but tomorrow in order to get my steps in im prolly gonna dribble my basketball outside for an hour or so. the diet is the biggest thing, specifically coffee and soda, but im locked in since I have a basketball tournament in october so i lowk might push until october instead of just doing a month thing. Day 1 COMPLETE

I transformed in less than a year
last year at this time i was above 30%bf and chopped ๐Ÿ˜ญ and then in February of this year i started to lock in and lose weight. in like 3 months i was down 20lbs and started getting a jawline. So everyone trying just be consistent and it will happen. Now im trying to maximize my looks because i need the huzz ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™. Any tips??
Struggling with acne
I am 14 Male and have been struggling with acne for a while now, tried skincare products, good diet, etc. but it won't go away. It's mostly on my T-zone. Guys lend me your advice. Here's how my acne looks: Edit: I don't sweat from my face( I had forgotten to mention this crucial detail)

Use a daily facial cleanser, not sure where u live, but find products with ingredients that reduce/remove acne. Also make sure u was ur pillow covers at least once a week, to keep it clean.
