Today was my first day. I feel pretty good, I was a bit de-motivated at the beginning of the day but I lowk locked in after that. I still need to read bible before I go to bed tho. Ive had a lotta water, I went to basketball prac to I deffinitelly did more than 10k steps but tomorrow in order to get my steps in im prolly gonna dribble my basketball outside for an hour or so. the diet is the biggest thing, specifically coffee and soda, but im locked in since I have a basketball tournament in october so i lowk might push until october instead of just doing a month thing.
