Mis-Week Challenge: Autopsy Your Last 5 Pitches 🔬
Today you're going to pull up your last 5 outreach attempts and be honest with yourself. Where did they break down? -No opens — your subject line or first line isn't stopping the scroll. They never even got to your message. -No replies — they opened it and kept moving. Your offer wasn't specific enough, or it wasn't clearly about them. -No calls booked — they replied but didn't commit. Something in the follow-up lost momentum, or you didn't make the next step obvious enough. -No close — you got on the call and it didn't convert. Pricing, positioning, confidence, or fit. One of those four is usually the culprit. Drop your diagnosis below. 👇 Where did YOUR last 5 pitches break down, and what are you changing next? No judgment here, because this is exactly the kind of thing we work through together.

The last was no calls booked. The founder replied said he likes my proposal.I was not consistent with follow ups . I planned to do a video demo but did not do it eventually.🥹
Out of office 🙂
Hi folks! I am traveling October 1 to October 5 and will be slower to respond than usual. Thanks for your patience! Have a great weekend. ✌️

Mid-Week Challenge | Before and after: what did you think VA work was?
Happy Wednesday!! Congratulations, you made it halfway through the week! 🏆 As part of this week's challenge, I'd love you to finish both sentences: 1. Before I started, I thought VA work was... 2. Now I know it's actually... Funny answers are welcome. Honest ones even MORE. I'll go first: "Before I started, I thought VA work was answering emails and booking flights. Now I know it's actually running someone's business behind the scenes while they take the credit. (Lovingly. Mostly.)" Drop yours below. I want to see ALL of them. 👇

Before I I started I thought VA work was so simple answering calls , emails and responding to customers messages. After , I realized that a VA is the second brain of CEO and a partner to the business. It requires constant learning new skills , tools and a lot of research . Sometimes it’s hard ,exhausting and challenging, other times it’s you are proud of yourself, progress , career growth and the people you met in the journey .
Question for my fellow VAs
What's your current situation? Drop your letter in the comments👇 🔴 A) Still in a 9-5, plotting my escape from corporate overlords 🟡 B) Just getting started, figuring it out as I go 🟢 C) Got a client or two, ready to scale this thing ⭐ D) Full-time VA, living my best life (congrats, you made it!) No wrong answers here. This community is for ALL of us. I built my VA business from scratch 14 years ago and never looked back. Wherever you are right now, you're in the right place.

@Ma. Socorro Castro Thank you for the kind words of encouragement. I will implement the direct outreach strategy.🌹
Your VA offer in one sentence (post yours below)
Hi everyone!! This week's challenge: ⭐ Your service offer in just ONE sentence. ⭐ What do you do, for whom, and what changes for them when they hire you? Post it below. If you can't say it in one sentence yet, that IS the exercise. Getting stuck is useful information because it usually means you're still trying to be everything to everyone, and that's exactly what we're fixing. Once you've posted yours, read two other offers in the thread and leave a comment on what you'd sharpen. You'll learn as much from giving feedback as you will from getting it. Here's an example: "I help busy founders free up 10+ hours a week by managing their inbox, calendar, and client communication so they can focus on the work only they can do." Your turn. Drop it below. 👇
