BODY is not RANDOM
The way you breathe, brace, hold tension, collapse, push through, or disconnect is not happening without reason. Your body is always communicating. Sometimes through tight shoulders.Sometimes through a clenched jaw.Sometimes through shallow breath.Sometimes through exhaustion, numbness, or the feeling that you have drifted away from yourself. These patterns are not signs of failure. They are signs of intelligence. Your body may be showing you where it learned to protect, adapt, survive, and keep going. This week, I invite you to watch the video and ask yourself: What has my body been trying to protect? What has it been carrying for me? What does it need now? Healing does not begin with fighting ourselves. It begins with listening. Your body is not the obstacle. It is the guide.

There was something in this that really hit me. Asked myself why I was crying what I need Why this felt so sad. So urgent. So hard to face. And the words that come to me are ”trust me” and ”love me” And I can so get how my body is not feeling any trust or love. I am constantly dissapointed with it. How it doesn’t function as I want. All the pain that is not going away. Everything I want to do with it that i not working. It is hard to trust and love and listen to it. Really challenging

I really love all your interesting topics. Last week I had no time reading them but now I enjoy one at the time. Using them as topics for journaling etc So for me personally I love that there are so many new posts from you and I feel no pressure Reading if time is not there. I am taking jaw Journey very slowly since I realised I need to stay long with each thing to get to know myself. And I really like being able to take the class in my own time. I am so happy to have found you and your teaching. You are doing a great jobb❤️

FAWN STATE
The fawn response occurs when the body attempts to maintain safety through pleasing, agreeing, smoothing conflict, fixing problems, over-giving, or adapting to the needs of others. It may sound like: “Sure, no problem.” “I’m fine.” “Whatever you prefer.” “I don’t mind.” “I can handle it.” “I don’t want to disappoint anyone.” Meanwhile, internally, the body may feel: Collapsed. Tightness in the throat. Constriction in the chest. Heaviness in the abdomen. Disconnection from personal desire. Confusion about what you genuinely want or need. The fawn response is not weakness. It is an adaptive survival strategy that may once have helped maintain connection, safety, love, acceptance, or protection. ‼️However, the body may eventually need to learn: Connection does not require the abandonment of personal truth. 👉 TODAY’S QUESTION: Where am I saying yes before determining whether it is genuinely true for me?

For me this happens almost all the time in work as a freelancer I feel a need to ”be there” and be adjustable… really struggling with this❤️
CAPACITY -
IS NOT HOW MUCH YOU CAN CARRY ‼️ It is how much you can feel, hold, respond to, and recover from without leaving yourself. Don't confuse capacity with endurance. They think capacity means pushing through. Handling everything. Staying composed. Continuing no matter what. But endurance without regulation can become burnout. True capacity is different. ‼️ It is the body’s ability to stay present with pressure, emotion, visibility, intimacy, responsibility, creativity, conflict, and growth without collapsing, freezing, overreacting, disappearing, or shutting down. 👉 When capacity is low, small things feel huge. This is not built by forcing the body. It is built through small, repeated experiences of safety. What's your capacity for the DAY? 👇 Share 👇 Ask questions 👇

@Vera Gabliani For me also it changes so much with who are around me. And the tasks I have in front of or behind me…
A TINY DOORWAY
Sometimes it is only one breath wide. This is the place where choice lives. Reactive energy says: “I have to answer now.” “I have to fix this.” “I have to prove myself.” “I have to protect myself.” “I have to disappear.” “I have to say yes so nobody is disappointed.” The body may tighten. The breath becomes short. The jaw locks. The belly pulls in. The shoulders rise. The feet lose contact with the ground. This is not wrong. ‼️ This is information. Your nervous system may be trying to protect you. But proactive energy asks questions!! 👇Share your questions👇
