Mark! Thank you. You raise some important points and I agree that reducing prospect "friction" at the early interactions is VERY important. I will most definitely keep the compliance matters in mind as I move forward. From what I understand. HubSpot is a good solution to keep everything "under one roof" and to more smoothly capture prospect information through forms. The downside is it can get expensive. Hope you are well!

Virtual Meeting Assistants
Good morning! Back in June @Kevin Stephison had asked about using "AI Notes" for virtual meetings in this thread. I'm currently considering adding a meeting assistant to help with my Zoom/Teams meetings to record/transcribe/summarize my client meetings. I know @Joe Moss mentioned in the thread above that he's used Grain and Fathom. Curious, Joe... which of these 2 would you recommend and why? In the same thread @Brian Quaranta mentioned Avoma. And @Mark Wellman suggested a couple additional options. Anyone else trialed or using any of these tools and have any thoughts or opinions? Thanks very much 😀

I have played with a lot of these tools. I have narrowed it down to two that I use. Fireflies and Hazel.ai from Altruist. You do not need to be part of Altruist to use Hazel. Both are worth checking out.
