Hi All Have not posted before and a little off topic. I landed a Director role at KPMG, leading a team of 10 for our Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure team. I completed my AZ900 off the back of this community and was moving though the networking+ and security+ certifications when an old connection came calling about a great role. The content that I learnt and change in mindset that I had built from this community that greatly assisted in me being able to position myself as an 'expert' in what I do. Sure there is a how background on my business side of things that is attractive, but the inspiration from this group was instrumental. Thank you for support, this community and what it is about. While you may not have engagement and someone posting all the time, please know that a community that is geared towards helping and building people up, is what made all the difference for me!
