WIN: 1-2-3 Handraiser gets 25% reply rate on LinkedIn.
I have 7634 linkedin connections. @Jonathan Matthews and myself have just figured out a 3 step messaging sequence to get on average a 25% reply rate. By my maths, that is 0.25*7634 = 1908 conversations with business owners, who already know me. I am not joking. I am calling this little nugget the "1-2-3 handraiser". It is so effective, and it's also "generic" which means it works in ANY NICHE. Once the conversation has started... I can easily transition to: "Do you need any more sales? We have an offer right now where you only pay us after we make you money. Would it make sense to jump on a quick zoom so I can show you how it works"? BUT… That’s just the beginning. Once we’ve got a warm convo started… We can enrich their LinkedIn profile, grab their mobile and call them. We can also grab their physical office ADDRESS and send them lumpy mail! Such a simple way to get coffee dates. It gets even better too. We can automate the whole thing... for $79 per month using the backend we just built. We are looking for a handful of peeps to teach this "1-2-3 handraiser" method to. You gotta have some LinkedIn connections (or be okay with it taking a bit longer to build up from scratch first) You gotta be hungry You gotta be able to build demos efficiently as the coffee dates will flow. If that's you, comment "1-2-3" below. Here for ya! -D

1-2-3
Updates Please!
Who has put their list together? Who has sent letters? Did you get any inbound calls? Have you been following up like a madman? Gimme some feedback. I am not hearing many wins, let’s get this thing moving!

Have got the list ready. Am just putting together the letter!
BuiltWith
Hey guys. I haven't actually been through the training yet but I've seen BuiltWith mentioned. A quick hack I've used prior when it comes to BuiltWith (I do cold email lead gen so needed a Shopfiy list for my clients): There are a number of freelancers on places like Upwork that already have full memberships to these sites, so you could likely utilise them without signing up directly. Just offer to reimburse them for a few lists. I think I ended up with every single Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce store on the planet for about $50. I did the same for a guy with the full StoreLeads.app database, cost me about $40 I think. Just a thought in case you're really strapped for cash. Luke

Used this tip for getting a list from builtwith. Thanks @Luke Finney
I can see some movement!
Folks are getting their bags ordered. Lists built. Letters written. But I want more. A few of you (that I'll leave unnamed) are at serious risk of being kicked out this group. I want to know what everyone's done over the past week. Share with me in the comments

I’m currently putting my list together. Got a list from built with and am now cherry picking 100 of them
I don't want to CULL you...
I am seeing a good chunk of you posting your bank bag purchases. Which is awesome... thanks so much! However there are quite a few who haven't? My man @Alan Cotter has DMd a lot of you? Alan, can you please tag everyone who hasn't posted in the comments of this post? Please post your pics asap if you haven't pls. We will be culling on Friday to trim the group to just the action takes...# (there is no hard feelings btw) -D
