No VRBO??
I'm just wondering why VRBO is not on the platform checklist. I think it was mentioned in the course but I can't remember exactly... Is anybody listed there?

Hi David, this is Geralyn. My husband, Ian, and I are listed there, for about 7 years now, doing STVRs. But now, we do both IMTRs and STVRs on there - IMTRs on the slow months and STVRs on our prime season, April-Sept., (unless there are IMTR guests renting the properties during prime season). It has been working very well for us and there are no issues doing both. You just have to modify your VRBO account to accept more than 30 days AND also take it off of Instant Booking and require potential guests to request a stay at your property. I also suggest that you get a subscription to Hostex or Guesty to help mediate and set up the booking schedules from VRBO, Booking.com, Furnish Finders and Airbnb. This is to prevent double booking and to send automatic emails once a booking occurs.

RE Photographer referral
Here is a RE Photographer that we were very impressed with their variety of offerings, pricing and quality. For $185, here in Nor Cal, we received 29 photos (even tho our package said 25) and a social media reel. Plus they gave us the floorplan!
