🍿 NEW Category. Movie Saturday
you probably don’t know that i am a certified movie coach. i got through that courses, cause i was trying to marry the thing that i loved “movies” with the thing that i loved and wanted to make money from “coaching”. anywho… introducing new topic, every Saturday i'll share a movie with a bit of comments and questions that could help with your life and business. sounds good? let me know ⬇️ today, i share a short series - Mare from Easttown. you can find it on Apple TV+. 95% on Rotten Tomatoes pretty good, right? why i like it? - i love detective stories. but it’s not the point. - it is very realistic. it shows how f*king hard life is. and how messy, f*cked up we are. - but it is not doomed. it gives hope. and it shows that there is light at the end of the tunnel. bonus points to Kate Winslet - she is amazing as a person and she is good as an actress. i just love her. if you decide to watch, ask yourself these questions to turn this into “therapy/coaching session”: - what impossible standard of perfection am i trying to meet? - how does my need for control prevent me from accepting life or business as it is? - do i reject support from others because i think i must handle everything alone in life or business? - how is it holding me back or my business, because of past events or my bad decisions? - am i able to love myself even on the bad days? just re-watched it this week. so, i thought it's a good start. yes/no/maybe/don't understand? share your thoughts ⬇️

🍺 Weekend Community Crawl BEGINS!
it's time for Community Crawl. but this time, it is a little different. the Theme is SURPRISE. but first, WHAT IS COMMUNITY CRAWL? - you visit 9 communities of other HQ builders - you learn new places, you meet new people, find new friends & collab partners - when you finish all 9 communities, you get a present 🎁 WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? - these are 9 good communities run by 9 HQ Builders worth knowing. the fastest way to a collab is to turn up in someone's space and be useful in it. - and you get to see those communities the way you'll never see your own. how the onboarding actually feels. what the classroom looks like from cold. who's posting, and what they're posting about. you've stopped being able to see your own community. everyone has. nine fresh ones fixes that faster than any lesson i could write. - so walk in as an owner, not a visitor. same question at every door — what's working here that i'd steal. that answer is the whole point. the doors and the fun is just the excuse to go looking. 💥 SURPRISE: this weekend i'm sending you into 9 communities. BUT you don't know which ones WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? - to start, comment DOOR or your fav gif below. i'll DM you the first 3 links. - you walk all three, then come back here and comment "first 3 done" and what did you notice interesting/surprising about them and worth trying in your community. - then i'll send the next three. - BTW, if you are waiting for the entry (cause some hosts need to let you in), go ahead and ask for the next batch - you do the same with them. come back, comment....you got the idea. THREE ROUNDS. NINE DOORS. - when you've walked all 9, come back and tell us the ONE thing you're changing in your own community because of it. plus any cool HQ builder you've. - doors open NOW, they close Monday at 12:00 my time. that's three days for nine doors. THERE IS NO RUSH. i'm in Israel and i do sleep. if you comment at 2 am my time your next three come in the morning. nothing is lost, nothing expires.

@Jill Hart happy to chat away about your project
Niche Clarity
I recently got some feedback that if I make my niche a little clearer and more specific, I could attract more of the right customers. At the moment, I think my niche is not bad for a beginner, but I’m considering narrowing it down and making the message more focused. Have any of you changed or refined your niche and noticed better results afterward?

Always niche down. Your messaging becomes much clearer and you pick up others who boarder your niche. I use the "boarders" to identify new niches and products...works all the time

Thanks @Lidia Axe for your 30-Day Hackathon. Your process and inspiration has been a driving force behind me getting my community up and running. I look forward to taking it to 100. I would appreciate any feedback from other members of this community on my set up: https://www.skool.com/the-expert-society-5257/about
