Orchard fruits (further enhanced with a dashes of pear 🍐 bitters), maple syrup, peppermint, ginger 🫚, with a velvet lemon chiffon finish. 😋 Instead of a mist of Angostura bitters I added the pear bitters into the mix (3 dashes) and greater cinnamon for the aroma topper. Japanese Maple Cocktail 1.75 oz (52.5ml) Japanese Whisky ¾ oz (22.5ml) Fresh Lemon Juice ½ oz (15ml) Maple Syrup Egg White Garnish with Angostura Bitters (sub pear bitters)
