FULL INTERVIEW IN THE CLASSROOM What changes when we stop relating to cannabis simply as a substance and begin approaching her as a conscious plant teacher? Thank you, @Clark Nesselrodt, for creating this space. I’m looking forward to connecting with other members. I’ve recently harvested some flowers and started smoking again after about 3 months of cultivating. This first harvest of 2026 was very modest; these particular plants stopped growing prematurely (they became rootbound in their seedling cups) and so they stayed relatively small. The medicine, however, has been quite lovely and I’m really enjoying being in it while I’m practicing yoga or writing. I’m also learning that no matter how organic or natural or spiritually-aligned of a cultivation process I followed, the plant is still the plant and to sit with her intentionally will always require discipline, patience, and humility.
