Guys, no matter what I am feeling stuck at 1200 blitz. The highest I went was 1244 and went down to 1135 and got back again to 1200. I am somehow stuck between 1250-1180. How can I level up? Truly want ro reach 1400 by the end of 2024😢

I got the rating of 1480 in blitz on lichess and it happened to soon after being stuck at 1250 for a lot of time.

But I feel stuck among 1100-1200. For a week, I went down to 1050 and got back to 1150. This circle happened quite a lot. But today I made it to 1200 finally. Feeling nervous to play again. Any advice on how to get it to 1300-1400?😢

If you guys remember, I started a challenge to increase the rapid elo from 100 to maximum I can go a few days ago and today I did it to 1000. I am playing much better against 1200-1400 but I don’t know somehow I get rushed and blunder and lose the game.
