Hunter Tuttle from Marietta, Ga and owner of two Augusta locations. Married to my wife Anne for 11 years this October. We have four kids 7 (Wilder), 5 (Acre), 2 (Tallulah), and 9 weeks (Fuller). I was born in Nw Florida in a town called Navarre. I spent 4 years active duty Air Force as a fireman (2003-2007). I deployed three times (Iraq, Pakistan, South America) during that time. Spent two years contracting overseas (Kyrgyzstan and Curaçao) as a fireman after the military(2008-2009). I came back stateside to go to college at Brevard College south of Asheville, NC where I would get my bachelor’s degree in Wilderness Leadership and Experiential Education (2010-2013). That is also where I would meet Jesus. Two students encouraged me to work at a summer camp as a counselor that summer (2011) where I ended up meeting Anne. In fall of 2012 we led HS graduates on several wilderness trips while discipling them. We got married in October of 2015 and bought our house in 2016. Joined Cobb County Fire Department in 2017 and finished training in 2018. We had a miscarriage in February of that year and named our son Jesse Tully meaning Peaceful gift from God back to God Jehovah is real. A month later, we lost a fireman on duty to cardiac arrest. In 2019 is when we had Wilder and when I decided to do lawns more to keep Anne at home. Started watching Mike around 2021. After two years I convinced Anne to join me at conference in January of 2023. Bought our location two weeks after conference and converted in March. In September of 2024 I resigned from the fire department to do Augusta full time. At the end of 2025 we were approached by the previous owner of Smyrna about buying out his location. This year we had a former owner in Augusta join our team as a GM right before our son was born. I’m thankful to be apart of this group. I’ve done lots of challenging things in my life. I have done two full distance Ironmans (2010 and 2013). I’ve also hiked Kilimanjaro in June of 2014. I’ve run several marathons but I’m ready to start doing some ultras starting this year.
