Hi Shad, Big fan of the community, I’m looking into my first high-ticket import business and looking at launching a premium ride-on car brand in NZ. All early days still. I’ve started conversations with a supplier and a freight forwarder. I was just wondering what kind roas or signal would you look for in a pre-launch test to determine demand? Ive got a small order of 10 units, my issue is freight is very expensive if not importing full containers and pulling the trigger will be a big upfront cost personally. My plan is to start small and order them to my house, then ill send to customer from there, is there a better way to do this? Also, how would you position a brand like this? Appreciate any tips bro
