Hi! I have problems to maintain the percentage intensity respect with the peak force. For example, i have a pf of 43 kgs and the work in second week its about the 75% (32 kg aprox). The time work its aprox 3 seconds and 5 second rest between reps and 3 minutes between series, so i think the rest its enough. Maybe the problem its with the test?? Peak Force calculate the maximum force in an instant and its not the maximum force with work?? Maybe its better realize the test in all day training?? Its better reduce the reps with respect to series (i maintain better less reps and more series) ?? Thanks!
@Collin McGee Hi! Thanks for the reply! I think its the first option, because my PF tests seem more like an RFD test, in that they quickly reach that higher value rather than slowly increasing it little by little. I'll try it that way!
