Birthday Ruck
This year I thought that it would be a fun challenge to ruck on my birthday and do 1 mile and carry one pound for every year I have been alive, so thats 34 for me this year. So 34 Miles carrying 34lbs dry weight. Im currently training up the miles so that it is slightly less misserable come my bday.

Awesome! I am training for the Bataan Memorial March next year. Structured training plan to get me to the 26.2 mile goal with 35lbs.

Rucking 3x weekly. 1st ruck 4-5 miles at 35lbs, 2nd ruck 3 miles at 30lbs, 3rd ruck (long) increases by one mile each week at 35lbs. Current 11 miles. Gym based sessions 2-3 other days per week. High concentration on legs.
