How is everyone feeling in the diaphragm breathing program? Noticing it getting easier to use your diaphragm? I'd like to add a little challenge this week, wherever you're at in the program, try slowing down your breathing. Aim for a 4-5 second inhale followed by a 4-5 second exhale. This program is such an awesome reminder for me that movement and breath are inextricably linked. For so many years in my sports career I tried separating the two... The power I would have wielded if I had this program in my young whipper snapper days haha

I was reading an article this weekend about the importance of diaphragm breathing and how it's dysfunction is now being tied to and almost causative of some mild to severe illnesses.
