Grateful to be here 🙏 Excited to learn from Jarad and all of you. What’s one thing you’ve picked up from this community so far that’s made you better in the kitchen—or in life?

This is a short video explaining how we cook our Picanha at the Ocean Club Montauk. I will be posting the full process later but this is a quick snap shot.
