@John Hub Thanks for getting back to me! Yes, it's quite the challenge. I've been installing and uninstalling repeatedly over the past two days, but I've managed to work through a lot of the issues. It's coming together. I'm just surprised there aren't more posts out there about this topic! Since I'm still getting familiar with Cal.com's features, I was wondering if I could share an account so you could try out some of the advanced features and confirm whether they're working properly.

Voice Agent- Calendar Integration

I have got a few clients we are onboarding with voice agents. Setting up the agent in Vapi is easy, and then the basic n8n workflow is pretty straight forward, but I am getting hung up on the calendar integrations. One client is wanting to have the agents use a GHL calendar he created that round robins to his sales team. Is the best way to integrate this to get him to give me the API key from his GHL? Another client doesn't have a booking link and is open to anything. Same process, basically? Get them to make an account with Cal.com and then give me the API key for their calendar? Thanks, guys!!

Need help on multiple languages support

Hi everyone — I’m looking for advice on how to support multiple languages (at least English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) in a voice agent. I’m currently building a healthcare voice agent demo and I’ve been testing it with Vapi, but the Cantonese (zh-HK) speaking quality is still very poor. I’ve tried several different LLMs and configurations, but I’m not getting good results. Since both Cantonese and Mandarin are chinese language, so the Voice Agent always mess them up. What confuses me is that I’ve tested other online demos, and their Cantonese voice agents sound very natural and fluent, so I believe this should be achievable — I just haven’t found the right approach yet. If anyone has recommendations on: - the best TTS / voice model for Cantonese - the best setup / pipeline for multi-language voice agents I’d really appreciate your guidance. Thanks in advance!

@Haseeb Ahmed Thanks for your response. My original plan was using GHL + Vapi (or retellai or something else). Not sure if it is a good combination. For your recommendation (detect the input language first → route to the corresponding TTS model → then feed it to your voice agent.), should the detection part happens inside the GHL or Vapi?
