Voice Agent- Calendar Integration

I have got a few clients we are onboarding with voice agents. Setting up the agent in Vapi is easy, and then the basic n8n workflow is pretty straight forward, but I am getting hung up on the calendar integrations.

One client is wanting to have the agents use a GHL calendar he created that round robins to his sales team. Is the best way to integrate this to get him to give me the API key from his GHL?

Another client doesn't have a booking link and is open to anything. Same process, basically? Get them to make an account with Cal.com and then give me the API key for their calendar?
