LIVE Virtual Workshop | Thursday, 8/27 | 7 pm EST
Real talk today, crew. There's a big difference between making a living and building a life you actually control. You can pull a solid paycheck for years — and still be trading every hour of every week for money that stops the moment you do. That's not wealth. That's a treadmill with a pension. I spent years on that treadmill working, investing, and trying to figure out how to create more freedom. Eventually I realized something. I didn't need to work harder. I needed a better vehicle. That's what commercial real estate became for me. It helped me move from earning income to building assets — and eventually gave me something I wanted even more than money. Control. Control over my time. My money. Where I lived and worked. That's the 3X freedom I care about. That's why I'm bringing this conversation back. 🏫 Back to Skool: Drop Out of the 9-to-5 📅 Thursday August 27th at 7pm Eastern 💻 Register here What we're covering: 👉 Why a bigger paycheck doesn't automatically create freedom 👉 How commercial real estate becomes a vehicle for income outside your job 👉 The moves that begin the transition from employee → investor → deal-maker You don't need to quit tomorrow. But if you want a different future, you have to start building something different today.

Welcome to Commercial Real Estate 101 🚀 This community is your launchpad into multifamily and commercial real estate — helping you build wealth and buy back your time through smart investing. You joined because you want to stop watching commercial deals happen — and start doing them yourself. Let's get you moving. ✅ Step 1 — Download the Skool app. Get it on Android or iPhone so you never miss a beat. 👋 Step 2 — Introduce yourself in the main feed This community is a networking tool — use it. In your intro, tell us: - Who you are and what you do in real estate - One big goal you want to achieve in this business - What you're looking to learn from the room - 📅 Step 3 — Check the Calendar Every live event we run lives here — including Coffee with Paul, Saturdays at 11am Eastern on Zoom. Add it to your calendar. It's where most new members say things start to click. 📚 Step 4 — Explore the Classroom The step-by-step path to your first (or next) commercial deal lives in here. Training, frameworks, and resources to level up fast. 💰 Step 5 — Analyze a deal and make an offer Whatever's holding you back — that's your first challenge to solve. The members who close deals in here aren't the smartest or the most experienced. They're the ones who show up. Ask questions. Post their wins and their walked-away-froms. The room only works if the room actually works. 🔥 Ready to move now? Check outCommercial Deal Academy — our paid community for members who want to go all in. 🚀 Want mentorship? Tell me your commercial real estate story
Not the polished version. The real one. Where the interest started. What you've tried. What worked. What didn't. Where you are today. Every one of you got here from somewhere. Some of you have known for years that the way you're building your life isn't the way you want to keep building it. Some of you had a moment — a call, a conversation, a bad day — that made it clear something had to change. Some of you aren't even sure what pulled you in yet. You just know you're here. No wrong version. Just yours. Drop it below. As short or as long as you want. Prompts if you need them: 👉 Where did the interest start? 👉 What have you tried so far? 👉 Where are you today? 👉 What are you hoping this community helps you do? Here's why I'm asking. The best thing this room can offer you isn't a course or a template. It's the moment you read somebody else's story and realize they started exactly where you are — and now they're two years ahead of you. That reframe changes what you think is possible. Read what people drop below. Reply to one. Tell them you're rooting for them. That's how a community actually works.

@Amber Nova I want to acquire this property, build a larger relationship portfolio and eventually be able to do things with my family that myself and them have only dreamed of

@Amber Nova it is both. I would love to completely understand the challenges and get better at it and build a large real estate portfolio. Want to be able to do things for my family and leave a legacy for my children and my grandchildren want to break out of the training. That's a side he has put on people that you were hard until you die. If I can start generational wealth and teach others how to start generational wealth would be a great thing. I'm not as young as I used to be and not as old as I plan on getting.
