Query on time-sensitive discounted pricing
Hey Dan, Need some help, if you don't mind. On sales calls, I give people a discount that I tell them is available only if they enroll within the next 24 hours. Some take advantage of this offer and some don't. However, those people who don't take advantage of this offer later come back and ask for the same discount. I have tried pushing for the original undiscounted price but it seems like they just can't seem to accept the original price once they've seen the discounted price. And to be honest, it's better for me to still give them the discount than to turn them away (because it wasn't something like a supply-constrained discount). So, my question is: - - what to do in such situations? Is it ok to extend the same old discounted price later, or should I stick with the original price once the discount window has expired (and lose the customer, most likely)? -
How to hit $50K/month as a self employed professional … without hiring a team
I let go of my entire team, rebuilt from scratch with AI, and scaled back to $50K/month in 16 weeks solo. I've also helped 20+ coaches and consultants hit $50K months. Here's how you can do it too: Step 1: Simplify your offer down to one clear outcome for one specific client. Complexity is what's keeping you stuck, not effort. Step 2: Install The Skool Engine. One traffic source, one funnel, one system that turns strangers into leads and leads into paying clients, consistently. Step 3: Use AI agents to handle the repetitive work so you can spend your time closing clients and delivering results, not managing a team. If you want help executing this along with ✅ a personalized game plan call, ✅ leads from ads, ✅ My army of ai agents ✅ 3x weekly live Q&A Calls, ✅ 1:1 Support, and ✅ accountability tracking, I JUST launched Lifestyle Founders where I'll hold your hand and customize this entire process with you step by step. Comment DETAILS below and Ill send you the doc I close doors on May 1st, and there are only 5 of 20 spots left

Organic strategies?
Hey @Dan Harrison , needed some help. Meta deactivated my ads account due to some "non-compliance" (when the same ads were running fine for the last 4-5 months). While I try and get it re-activated, I remembered that you had faced a similar situation too (if I remember right). So, I wanted to know - while I wait to run the ads again, what organic strategies can I use? I'm planning to reach out to potential leads on Linkedin and FB. My current funnel (through ads) is to take people to a 2-day online bootcamp where I further showcase my product. Any suggestions on what organic strategies to use?

@Jesse Francisco Yes, I did but it didn't help. My ads guy is still working on it.
Pricing Query
I have a query on pricing. Let's say the regular price for my coaching program is $1000. Now, I conduct webinars every week and at the end of it, as part of my sales pitch, I offer the program at a discount of, let's say, $300 (so, people who purchase at the end of the webinar get it for $700). Sometimes, people are not able to make up their minds and they follow up over email or schedule a call in which case I still offer them the same discount. If someone follows up with me outside of the webinar (and has no idea of the discount I offer in the webinar), I sometimes offer them a smaller discount. In other words, I sell them the same product, same offer but at a different price. However, the truth is if that person had been present at the webinar, he could have gotten a bigger discount...and the thing is I run the webinar every single week, so the discount is offered every week. So, is it ok (and ethical) to sell the same thing to different people at different discounts when the heavier discount is available so often?

@Dan Harrison That was super quick...Thank you..:) Ok, so that means the fast-action bonus has to be a fast-action bonus and I have to commit to a certain timeline. I may be offering the same discount during that same time but that would be for a different set of attendees, not for the ones who have missed the window. Right? But if you think about it from the customer's point of view, that doesn't seem to make much sense. They'll be like - ok, if your discount has expired, I'll attend your webinar again next week and then avail it (which is unnecessarily delaying their purchase)....in case they're aware that the webinar will be happening again.

@Dan Harrison Alright, thank you very much. Appreciate it.
Quick question on FB Ads - CPL
If I run FB ads for a paid webinar (registration fee, let's say Rs 100) and if my cost per lead is, let's say, Rs 500, then, if I increase my webinar registration fee to Rs 500, would the cost per lead increase too? What if I increase the webinar fee to Rs 1000 - will the cost per lead keep increasing? Will the CPL be always more than what I charge for the webinar?
