Has anyone got the sizes for making Tumblers and Mugs please?

Hi guys, just joined here. Really overwhelmed and trying to figure this out. In joining skool platform, I have been meet with so many scammers on here, I was quite taken a back and had to leave a few communities, until I found Bailey on YouTube. The thing is I'm not techy at all, and I'm wondering if my joining the paid community, we are taught how to design etc, I'm not good at the designing aspect, but I'm happy to be here in the free space to learn and maybe get help from others.

I just got a message that my file would be too big to print. The buyer got an error message for this after downloading the file and then trying to print it. My file is around 20 mb. Is that too big? My other question is can a buyer go back into the listing to download the new file? Could somebody help me out with this? Thanks!
