Love and compassion is the essence of aligned action in this world. If we do not approach others with kindness, understanding, patience, and care then the natural consequence is inward disturbance and outward conflict. The goal of the path is to relax in the Truth of quiet Presence. Therefore, by choosing to be as loving as possible, you will naturally become very relaxed and present. This is why all of the masters teach us to be loving, compassion, and kind to all beings. LOVE IS THE WAY! In what ways can you be more loving to others today?

From my work over the last decade I have found that many people struggle to be caring, kind, and attentive to themselves. Generally we struggle with self love because we felt unlovable or not good enough in our childhood. A HUGE part of the journey is to learn how to love yourself by remembering and honoring the true value of your Being. We can only love others to the degree that we love ourselves. So start with you!! Do you struggle with self love? What ways can you show love, care, kindness, and attention to yourself today?

You can only control how you show up each moment, you cannot control the outcome. Here lies a little secret to peace and abundance — Simply do the best that you can in everything you do and surrender what the outcome might be. We spend so much time worrying about the outcome of our actions, instead of being fully present in the action itself, so our actions create more chaos. When you choose to do the best you can in each action without worrying about the outcome, then you perform them in awareness, skill, and flow which brings peace and abundance into your life. In what ways can you show up better in your life right now? How attached are you to the outcome of what you’re doing right now?

I see life unfolding like a movie, and although “I” participate in it, everything I do also unfolds naturally… and is part of the script.. outcomes will materialize exactly as they’re supposed to happen in the movie. But without the burden of “I must control the ending.” From this… the show is simply enjoyed…

Your body is the outward expression of your mind. Your mind is the inward expression of your body. Healing comes when we care for both the mind and the body simultaneously. We cant just wash the outside of the cup, we must clean the inside as well. When the inside and outside are clean then there is balance, concentration, cheerfulness, and fitness for Self-realization What are some ways that you care for your body AND your mind?

Don’t think… just look… Who are you, without a definition, a label or a concept? What is left in this experience when labels are eliminated? What is contained in this silence? Is there anything outside this experience? Is there anything separate from this experience? Is it one, undivided experience? Now notice how thoughts, labels, concepts create the illusion of separation. Don’t think… just look…
