Do you have any plans for the new week?
A new week has begun Recently I’ve been realizing more and more that truly good conversations often come from a genuine and relaxed state rather than from roles or labels I work in the medical AI field mainly responsible for team financial operations and analytical work most of the time I work from home unless there is an important meeting on weekends I enjoy having dinners and conversations with friends and sometimes exercising indoors to keep a balanced rhythm My interest in artificial intelligence is not just about the technology itself but about how it can support real world decision making improve efficiency and still respect human judgment and boundaries Outside of work I also enjoy exchanging ideas with people from different backgrounds consultants analysts sales professionals and researchers each perspective is interesting in its own way If you also value sincere communication respect for each other’s pace and are willing to share what you are working on what you are thinking about or your plans ahead feel free to leave a message or say hello In this new week I hope we can all move forward with clarity and ease following our own rhythm

It seems we share the same bad habit is it common among most women?
The Courage To Feel.
There’s a quiet kind of bravery in allowing yourself to feel something after a long period of emotional stillness. Not the loud, dramatic kind of courage but the softer one that comes with staying open, even when experience has taught you to be careful. Feeling again can be disorienting. It often shows up without clarity or guarantees, and it challenges our instinct to immediately define, protect, or control what’s happening. Sitting with that uncertainty isn’t easy. A friend of mine once told me, “What keeps us sane is being able to lose our minds every once in a while and ‘fuck it’ happens to be one of her all-time favorite mantras.” And honestly, that stayed with me, because sometimes allowing yourself to feel isn’t about recklessness it’s about permission. Permission to stop overthinking. To loosen your grip. To experience something fully without demanding it turn into anything more. The courage to feel doesn’t require expectations or outcomes. It only asks for presence. And maybe that’s enough.

You don’t need to force yourself to immediately understand or change these feelings. It may help to begin with allowing, rather than analyzing. Give emotions a sense of safety—for example, by breathing quietly, writing down what you feel in the moment, or simply noticing bodily sensations without rushing to label them. When feelings are allowed to exist, they often move naturally instead of becoming stuck. Remember, emotions do not require you to act; they only ask to be seen. Slowing down and softening is, in itself, a mature and profound form of courage.
Today I’m choosing presence over pressure.
Progress doesn’t always look loud, sometimes it looks like resting when you need to, speaking kindly to yourself, or honoring how far you’ve already come. If you’re reading this, take it as a gentle reminder, you don’t have to earn your worth. You already belong Sending calm, clarity, and good energy to the tribe today

This message feels gentle yet powerful it reminds me that real progress is sometimes not about effort but about allowing ourselves to pause and trust the present moment thank you for this reminder
