Just tried a KETO style chicken dish. One chicken breast cut up in pieces. Soak chicken in mix of: 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 2 t. Sriracha sauce or to taste. 1T. Oil. Cover chicken completely. Throw in pan, sauce n all, medium high heat til done, 7 min. Set aside. Throw broccoli pieces into same pan with avocado oil til tender. Serve over your choice of rice, protein egg noodles. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Dale loved it!
