@Will Lenoir Haha, I like the idea! OPM definitely sounds like the missing piece here. If you’re serious about building one in Texas, it could be an interesting project to explore, especially with the right people and resources behind it. I’m curious, what kind of project are you looking to build exactly, and what would you ideally want a partner or investor to bring to the table capital, experience, connections, or a combination of all three?
